Return fund and return Policy

1. Conditions for Return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, undamaged condition.

All original tags must still be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return:

Online: Visit our Returns Portal (link in your confirmation email) or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and items to return.
In-Store: Bring your item and proof of purchase to any of our locations.
We’ll provide a prepaid label (if applicable) or return instructions.

4. Refunds & Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 14 business days), we’ll process your refund to the payment after bank charges.
Allow a few extra days for your bank to post the credit.

5. Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is free for quality-related issues.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
